About Jesse Saunders

There's no better feeling in the world than finding a career and falling in love with it. I love working with technology, figuring out its intricacies and putting on my "detective cap" when issues arise. I love the complex puzzles that are presented to me every day. What's often better though, is being the superhero for the end-user. I love working with clients and being able to put a smile onto other's faces. The sound of pure excitement when you finally get their issues solved and the huge smile on their faces. Vowing to never leave their side until they are 100% satisfied with the work you'd done. For me, there's nothing more satisfying than using my expertise to make someone else's day better. I love to learn, constantly grow and challenge myself. If something isn't working and I'm not familiar with it, instead of saying "I'm not sure" I say "I'll find out". There's always lots of resources for knowledge available and I actively seek them out. I'm currently open to opportunities in IT Cybersecurity, Networking, Systems Administration and Technical Support. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in IT Security, Hardware and Networking.
