I am an enterprise corporate and government affairs executive with more than 30 years of experience helping multinational, highly regulated companies grow, transform, and protect enterprise value in complex political, regulatory, and geopolitical environments.In my current role as Vice President, Global Corporate Affairs at Elanco Animal Health (NYSE: ELAN), I lead global government and external engagement strategy across more than 90 countries. I serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the board, owning enterprise-wide policy, regulatory, and geopolitical risk while directly supporting revenue durability and long-term growth. My work has protected more than $2 billion in annual revenue and enabled approximately $600 million in growth through market access, trade expansion, and regulatory approvals.I played a key leadership role in Elanco’s separation from its long-time parent company and successful transition to an independent, publicly traded enterprise, maintaining external credibility, safeguarding government relationships, and minimizing policy risk throughout the IPO process. I have also led efforts to secure more than $250 million in economic development resources for new headquarters, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities, strengthening both enterprise competitiveness and community impact.Globally, I have led high-stakes engagement with national governments and multilateral institutions including WHO, FAO, Codex Alimentarius, and WOAH, securing adoption of more than 50 international food and animal health standards and materially reducing regulatory uncertainty across markets. My approach is pragmatic and business-first: translating external complexity into clear executive decision-making, aligning science-based policy with commercial objectives, and creating durable competitive advantage.I have built and led high-performing, globally distributed teams and coalitions spanning industry, NGOs, and trade associations, and I am known for operating effectively during periods of disruption, scrutiny, and transformation.
