I am a dual-certified HR professional with a strong background in recruiting and training. My passion is people and I genuinely enjoy finding creative solutions to meet their needs. I am currently the Director of Human Resources at Cypher, LLC. I have supported clients from various industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector. I seek to deliver customized HR services and solutions while providing first-class service. In my previous roles, I was a Volunteer Coordinator at Cornerstone Chapel, where I trained and supervised over 100 volunteers for various projects, and a Human Resources Director at Park Valley Church, where I oversaw all aspects of HR operations and compliance for a staff of 50.
