I am a Senior Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience leading organizations and teams in developing automated and scalable infrastructures. I was born to troubleshoot, engineer agile systems, lead technology strategy, and drive digital capabilities. As a child, I spent countless hours disassembling machines to decipher how they worked. My interests in building and improving devices and technology led to pursue a career I am continuously passionate about—software and system engineering. As a life-long learner, I deep-dive into emerging technologies to discover the intricacies of how they work. As a result, I design groundbreaking, elegant, and simple solutions to complex technical issues. As an experienced interviewer, recruiter, and talent developer, I embody a leadership philosophy is grounded in the following principles: Ask thought-provoking questions during the interview that tell me if the candidate has a DevOps mindset. Enable team members to practice their skills while I observe and coach them through challenging situations. Equip employees with the skills to advance outside the company but foster a positive work environment that encourages them to stay. Identify unrecognized skills in employees, mentor them in mastering their unique talent, and position them to use those capabilities toward the organization’s initiatives.
