About Jesse Smith

When I was younger I realized my family struggled to enjoy spending time with one another. Since then I've worked in a number of professions many focusing on children, youth, and whole families. I've noticed that my family was not unique - many families struggle even to find time to spend together let alone enjoy that time. Now I focus on helping parents and children understand the benefits of play and the types of toys and games that can enhance physical, emotional and psychological development. I am also a Relational Leader & Freelance Web Developer • Experienced manager with a history of overseeing logistics and operations of multiple areas simultaneously • Strong communicator with a track record of solving business, technical and other issues both in-house and for clients. • Relational leader with demonstrated ability to work effectively with large teams as well as individuals at multiple levels across many areas • Business strategist; develop and manage effective projects from requirements to final implementation that meet budgetary targets. I am an avid reader and continually look for ways improve my leadership and teaching skills. I greatly enjoy working with children and their parents.
