With 30 years in extensive experience in the financial sector, I have led many transformational changes in various parts of the bank – client facing roles, delivering digital solutions, technology transformation, data governance and many more. Constantly challenging the status quo, I am a believer in thinking differently to bring about meaningful change. I lead transformation programs in Personal & Commercial Banking to create value through client-centric strategies, top-notch execution, and innovative ways of working. Nothings brings me more joy than solving a problem that has never been solved before and delivering tangible change that delivers value to our clients and the organization. My proudest moments are seeing people and teams succeed. I firmly believe in diversity and inclusion, being humble to learn and teach and grow with amazing people every day.
