About Jesse Tapia

Over the years, I have significantly expanded my troubleshooting expertise, leveraging modern remote assistance tools to enhance efficiency, reduce company costs, and improve ticket resolution times. My team regularly handles projects focused on recreating Windows profiles within the company's environment, ensuring seamless user experiences. I also manage onboarding and offboarding processes, provide training, and retrieve equipment to support new and departing employees. Feedback on my work, both from internal teams and external stakeholders, has helped me build a strong foundation in delivering customer service excellence. In addition to Windows systems, I administer MacBooks and iPhones using the JAMF system, while maintaining accurate inventory records. I also oversee Android devices, including driver tablets and CT45s, using the Soti system for device management. In recent years, my role has expanded to include employee onboarding, with a focus on ensuring new hires are well-equipped to use the company’s proprietary systems and tools. I also handle support tickets promptly, offering technical assistance to end-users through the Freshservice ticketing system. Outside of work, I enjoy building and testing Swift applications to further develop my technical skills.
