I am a seasoned credit officer, underwriter and portfolio manager with over 30 years of experience in credit underwriting, client relationship management and business development serving commercial clients of privately held companies and publicly held companies across diverse industries. The size of the typical company I work with has revenues of $7 million to $800 million. I underwrite commercial loans such as new vehicle floor plans, used vehicle floor plans, working capital lines of credit, term loans and commercial real estate mortgages. I underwrote client requests to assist companies and organizations to expand and grow their operations due to their organic growth or acquisition strategies. Commercial loan commitments range from $7 million to $100 million. I partner with the sales team to help structure credit terms for loan requests. I also cross-sell other banking services such as treasury management, wealth management, capital markets, merchant services, foreign exchange and equipment leasing.
