With about 20 years of dedicated experience in the Engineering and Resource industries, my background exhibits a distinctive 'M' shape, reflecting my versatile expertise. Throughout my career, I have actively managed various functions, including engineering, project oversight, product development, and sales strategy. My adaptable approach encompasses methodologies such as Agile for market research and sales, Iterative for intricate engineering concepts, Incremental for product development, and Waterfall for the precise delivery of mega projects, especially in construction.Presently, I serve as a Global Product Manager responsible for overseeing plant units related to Metso Outotec Mills and HPGR (HRC). This encompasses a wide range of plant types, from Horizontal mills (AG, SAG, Ball mill, Rod mill, dry grinding) to Stirred mills (Vertimill, HIGmill & SMD), and HRC plants. My experience extends beyond borders and spans all facets of business operations, fostering a deep appreciation for diversity and a passion for engaging in meaningful conversations with individuals of all backgrounds and ages. These interactions often serve as a wellspring of inspiration, influencing both my personal and professional growth.In my current role, I play a pivotal part in various aspects of the business, from product development and market niche identification to crafting marketing campaigns, providing proposal and estimation input, and fostering strong client relationships.
