About Jesse Warlick

I started my career at 19 at National Steel with the intent of completing the Electrical Apprenticeship training. While waiting for a spot in the program, I worked as a By-Products plant operator for a coke battery and as a water treatment operator. These positions taught me the importance of maintaining processes designed to meet strict environmental standards and how critical reliable instrumentation is. After completing the Electrical Apprenticeship, I began working on motor controls and relay logic in many different Blast Furnace applications. When I acquired enough time as an apprentice, I sat for and passed my Electrical Journeyman test. After several years as an electrician, I began specializing as an Electronic Technician and began working with flow, level, and pressure transmitters, air-operated valves, and PLCs. Finally, I took an opportunity to work for DTE as a Nuclear Instrumentation and Controls Technician. Since then, I have continued to develop my ability to test and calibrate sensitive electronic instrumentation to very exact standards.
