With over a decade of experience in various management roles, I co-manage the production, quality, safety, and logistics of DE LA FONTAINE, a leading manufacturer of steel doors and frames. I oversee the efficient and effective operation of the plant, ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders. I also collaborate with the other plant managers, engineers, and technicians to implement best practices, optimize processes, and solve problems. Additionally, I am a co-owner of TNS Vending, a vending service provider in Wilson County, TN. I operate and maintain multiple vending machines in various locations, and manage the customer relationships, inventory, and finances of the business. Through this venture, I have honed my customer relationship management and maintenance management skills, as well as my entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. My mission is to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of my customers and partners, while also contributing to the growth and success of my team and organization. I am passionate about manufacturing and vending, and I enjoy learning new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and efficiency.
