About Jesse Weglein

As a Lead Technical Director at PIXAR’s Marketing Creative Services department, I am responsible for creating much of the original 2D and 3D content that will be used for both the domestic and international marketing campaigns. My skill-set as a senior generalist with an emphasis in 3D lighting and digital paint allows me to take high concept art and fully translate it to highly polished ultra-high resolution rendering that will be used online, in-theater, and for outdoor campaigns. Creating the theatrical posters and payoffs, movie theater standees, billboards, and publicity still images comprise the majority of my work from over 14 feature animated films and shorts. As a senior member of this team; I work directly with Leads, Art Directors and Directors of Photography from Feature Production, Publicity, Interactive Gaming, Theme Parks, and the Consumer Products divisions at PIXAR and The Walt Disney Company. My role is to create the art work and help ensure the highest level of quality continuity for our digital content that will promote our films and characters worldwide.
