About Jesse Weilding

I am an inventor, filmmaker, artist, chemist, EMT, and CEO for both a tech company and FireRoot Spirits. My work in aerial cinematography lead me to invent one of the first brushless camera gimbals on the market,"The Ghost". We now sell gimbals for every size camera all over the world. Before starting the company I attended the University of Montana on a Chemistry scholarship. My path diverted from Chemistry and I received a BA in digital filmmaking and freelanced for multiple TV shows. I am experienced in screenwriting, producing, directing, acting, cinematography, and editing. My knowledge and experience has taken me all over the world, and I hope to continue filmmaking in new exotic locations. As CEO of Spaulding International Cinema I am driven to deliver inspiring messages enhanced through the beauty and art of cinematography. In 2014 My wife, Hannah and I planted an orchard and diversified our skillset by opening up a Cidery. Our cider is now taken one step further through the distillation process to make fine brandies, gin, and vodka all from apples. Our distillery, FireRoot Spirits, is evolving and growing with distribution throughout the state of Montana, but will soon be distributing nationally and internationally.
