About Jesse Wright

Wright Bros Customs was founded by the pursuit of automotive greatness. I (Jesse Wright) am the son of your typical old school, hard nosed, hot rod guy of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s era that pulled piles of parts together in his home garage and found a way to make it all work so he could go racing on the weekends. So, by default the automotive bloodline curse was placed on me. Fast forward to 2008, I have graduated college and still searching to find my way in the world. After a few years in the oil field and various other jobs, I found myself constantly being drawn back to the automotive world. Like a switch is flipped, one day I decided to risk everything and go out on my own and start an automotive business. I had worked as a mechanic from the age of 15 through my early twenties and been around race cars and fixing cars my whole life (thanks Dad), and even continued to build trucks for guys through my years in the oil field, so I had that going for me. However, I had zero business knowledge or even a plan for that matter. I had no customer base, not really even a product to market or sale, I just new I could build and fix anything I set my mind to. I also knew I could outwork just about anyone, a skill I had developed and honed through college baseball and the oil field. So with my tools and my work ethic I got busy and ultimately Wright Bros Customs was born. Side note: My father and I actually built my first vehicle; it was an 1987 Chevy c10. Here we are, Present Day, and Wright Bros Customs LLC is genuinely a 1-stop shop for your automotive wants and needs. We cover everything from general repair, to frame off custom builds. We specialize in engine, transmission, chassis and suspension for light duty diesel, Jeeps and LS/LT cars & trucks, as well as classic resto-mod style builds. We also offer paint & body repair and custom work. We’ve had a number of different vehicles go to the SEMA show in Vegas over the years, helped build several race cars and have a variety of custom one off builds completed to date. We have set diesel horsepower records for the Duramax platform and Texas mile speed records with a 5th Gen Camaro. We truly find our passion in bringing clients dreams to reality, while not forgetting that some people simply need their vehicle fixed by a knowledgeable and trustworthy place.
