About Jessi Brooks

I have been employed by Liberty Mutual for 7 Years, where I have held a few different job functions such as an Insurance Assistant, WC Technician, & Business Rater. Before working for Liberty I was an Intake Coordinator for Unum for 8 years. This is where I was first introduced to the "work from home" program. I have worked remotely full time for over 10 years. I have also worked in the customer service industry as a receptionist for All State Insurance, an assistant store manger for Levi's retail store, & as a waitress for a small family restaurant. I am proficient in several internet platforms such as Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, as well has many programs used for my job function. I have preformed various duties such as training new hires, cross training in different departments, & collaborating process improvements and implementing changes.
