About Jessi Lestelle

With a background in live event management and a passion for meaningful connection, I currently serve with the Girl Scouts, where I help design and support programs that empower the next generation of leaders. For over 5 years, I worked in event and production management in the entertainment industry, specializing in show advancement, backstage logistics, and VIP experiences. My skills in coordination, communication, and audience experience continue to serve me well in creating impactful, mission-driven programs for youth. Whether managing the energy of a show day or fostering leadership through thoughtful programming, my work centers on creating environments where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired. I’m also the creator and host of Good Grief Jessi (goodgriefjessi.com), a podcast exploring grief, healing, and identity through honest conversation and storytelling. At the heart of all I do, whether it’s events, programming, or podcasting, is a belief in the power of connection to create lasting change.
