About Jessica Bailey

Recent graduate from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology, focused on human behaviour and decision-making. My academic foundation has given me a deep understanding of how people think, act, and communicate—knowledge I’ve actively applied in real-world roles across customer service, health and safety, and business development. Currently, I work as a Business Development Representative at Unlimited Building Solutions, where I support growth through strategic lead generation, relationship-building, and client outreach. My role blends analytical thinking with creativity, allowing me to bring psychology-based insights into sales conversations and marketing approaches. With hands-on experience in both frontline and strategic roles, I’m passionate about helping businesses grow by understanding what truly drives people. I'm always eager to connect, collaborate, and explore opportunities where human behavior and business strategy intersect.
