I’m a research operations and scientific communications leader with over a decade of experience designing, scaling, and translating research programs that move the needle on mental health outcomes. My mission is to bridge the gap between scientific research and impact by transforming real-world data into meaningful insight. Currently leading clinical research at Equip Health, I’ve helped expand and shape a nationally recognized and respected research program. Broadly, I oversee research strategy and operations, study design, and publication strategy — translating real-word data in ways that amplify evidence-based practices, elevate brand credibility, and improve patient care. I specialize in building research infrastructure, real world evidence study design, and turning complex data into compelling narratives that inform care and influence systems. Fun fact! I’m also a clinical psychologist. With formal training in human behavior and outcomes research, I bring the lens of human experience to data. This unique perspective shapes how I approach scientific communication, patient-centered storytelling, and strategic evidence generation.
