I love learning new things related to health care and the medical field. I began as a CNA. then I obtained my med tech certification. After a little while I felt the need to learn more. So I became an EMT. That is an exciting, rewarding, challenging, and some times heart breaking job. One good out come makes any sad or negative experience completely worth it though. After doing this for a while I knew I was once again ready to learn more. That is when I went to school to become a respiratory therapist. Just as I finished school and thought I would get to learn and transition into all this new learning is when Covid hit. Respiratory therapy is definitely a rewarding and challenging part of the medical field to be in. I do not yet feel the need to learn something completely new yet as I feel there are too many things here in this particular area that I still have much to learn and discover.
