I have over 12 years experience working in various administration and assistant roles, in both smaller businesses and large scale organisations. I have extensive experience in providing PA administrative support to both a team and senior members of staff, managing large workloads independently, preparation of legal and loan documentation, and dealing with complex confidential matters. I have excellent communication and computer skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, DocuSign and different CRM systems. I am a quick learner and am confident learning new systems and processes. I have an eye for detail and am always looking for ways to improve processes and productivity. I enjoy being a part of a team and working closely with others, but am also a self-sufficient worker and am able to manage a workload and work independently. I am very organised and am great at prioritising a demanding workload to ensure tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently. I have the ability to multi-task and juggle any ad-hoc tasks that may be required alongside standard work. I'm friendly, easy to get along with and very social. My hobbies and passions include travelling, music and live gigs, gym, eating out, exploring the outdoors, movies, TV shows and reading.
