About Jessica Cichra

I'm a stand up paddle (SUP) and yoga enthusiast - actively studying, practicing and instructing since 2009. I have a light hearted and unique teaching style incorporating elements of Body Dialogue yoga and Pilates, teaching individuals, private groups, corporate wellness and convention services. In 2010 I founded Wave of Wellness, a company with a mission to empower people through fun activities that enhance all areas of well-being - with a focus on SUP, yoga and adventure. I live in Florida where I lead local adventures and also develop and guide national and international trips where I offer guests the ultimate experience of adventure, culture, inner peace, personal growth, physical fitness, and community. As an athlete wanting to build the local paddle racing community I founded and direct the Annual Lake Mary Jane Paddle Race in 2012 and the original Florida race series Paddle Race Tuesdays in 2013. My involvement and lifestyle in the SUP and yoga industry has given me the opportunity to contribute written articles and instructional videos to Stand Up Journal, Boarders Magazine, Samata Magazine, Women’s Health Magazine Mexico, Distressed Mullet, and Yoga Digest, and be a proud brand ambassador/athlete for: prAna, Surftech, Werner Paddles, Local Honey Designs, and Maui Jim.
