About Jessica Cullop

With over 22 years at the same organization, I have grounded my career in reliability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to service. For the past two years, I’ve actively managed benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and creating a smooth experience for employees navigating healthcare, retirement, and other essential programs. Before that, I served as an Executive Assistant for five years, coordinating senior leadership’s schedules, streamlining communications, and driving operational support. That role sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my discretion, and trained me to anticipate needs before they arise. My respect for process, and my ability to stay calm under pressure, connect both roles. I take pride in earning trust and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. I welcome new connections and look forward to opportunities to share ideas or collaborate.
