About Jessica Daft

I am a National Account Manager with a passion for all things waste.I have over 6 years experience in B2B sales and account management.My background previous to the last 5 years, was spent in the finance sector as a Debt Recovery Manager (indeed I drove a transit van as I often get asked!) for 4 years before moving on to management. Since moving on to the crazy but exciting world of waste - I have built and implemented successful waste management strategies for many businesses in and around South Yorkshire. This has meant creating savings, introducing new outlets for a range of waste streams and most importantly increasing recycling potential.As I have spent the majority of my last 5 years in a dual role before moving on to solely new business, I have also found a love for Account Management. I find this role to be extremely important in creating a solid relationship with customers, and I take pride in the knowledge which I have gained from doing so.Since working with Veolia, the statement which I continue to live by is "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you".Learning, progressing and spending time in the "learning zone" is the best way to become a sales professional, we can always better ourselves.
