I am currently an education specialist and assistant professor within the Anesthesiology Department at the Medical College of Wisconsin. I have an extensive background in program management and education at all levels with doctoral work in creation and implementation of formalized mentoring to support research and engagement. My passion is in strategizing, planning, forming, and executing better systems for learning industries. I strongly believe that faculty engagement promotes student success, so supporting the wellbeing of your department will ensure high retention rates and lead to foundations for organizational success. I have experience in teaching, building curriculum, administration in higher education, research, grant writing, and data analysis.
