Key Attendee Executive at Web Summit, project managing our key attendees' experience including all VIPs, speakers, media & investors for our global events. In the words of Inc. Magazine, “Web Summit is the largest technology conference in the world”. Forbes says Web Summit is “the best tech conference on the planet”, Bloomberg calls it “Davos for geeks”, Politico “the Olympics of tech”, and the Guardian “Glastonbury for geeks”. My previous role was Senior Account Executive at Edelman, a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organisations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations. There I worked across a broad range of clients including LinkedIn, Microsoft, Unilever, Ryanair and Danske Bank. I hold an international educational background having attended four different universities in four different countries throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. I have a BA in Media & Communications and History and an MSc in Strategic Communications and Public Relations. Throughout this time I attended Mary Immaculate College, Ireland, Loyola University Chicago, USA, University of Stirling, Scotland and Pompeu Fabra University, Spain. From this experience I am able to bring an international perspective to the workplace and the ability to work well with people from all over the world.
