About Jessica Ehrmann

A highly motivated, results-driven professional with a focus on continuous process improvement and people enablement. My purpose is to reinforce a security mindset by aligning processes, people and tools. I am eager to learn and strive for innovative ideas to empower security stakeholders at SAP to execute their job at their best. As a senior operations specialist, I drive both, the 3rd party security tools program as well as the security mergers & acquisitions program, across cross-functional teams of our security workforce. I develop frameworks that help deliver high-quality services and facilitate technology harmonization, build sustainable collaboration models and optimize existing processes. Additionally, I work closely with our partner organization and other stakeholders to support the strategic partner ecosystem. My work at the SAP Global Security COO team offers me the opportunity to help strengthen the security culture for our internal and external stakeholders by applying different methods and tools. My background in finance has taught me how to address and solve problems in a structured way by meeting deadlines and resolving conflicts. My areas of expertise include program and project management, change management, financial planning and forecasting as well as executive communication and presentation. Throughout my career I have always been passionate about learning, growing and developing myself further and I would like to pass on this passion to others as well.
