As a Field Access Manager at Covermymeds, I lead and support PSP/HUB programs for various pharmaceutical clients, ensuring patient access and adherence to their medications. I have over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning retail, hospital, Long Term Care, and compounding pharmacies. I am a certified pharmacy technician with national and state credentials. My core competencies include PSP/HUB and pharmacy leadership, quality assurance and data analysis, communication and collaboration, and patient centricity. I have assisted and led legacy and launch programs, managing operations, people manager, quality, pharmacovigilance, and data for multiple products and therapeutic areas. I am extremely passionate about improving patient outcomes and satisfaction, and I am always eager to learn from other leaders and experts in the field. My goal is to leverage my skills and perspective to deliver innovative and effective solutions for McKesson and its clients.
