With a great understanding of Medicare and Medicaid and other insurances in the long term care industry. Proficient in care planning, behavior management, and discharge planning for rehabilitation residents. Direct experience with handling referrals, working alongside hospital case management, handling admissions and following CRM software and completing pre-certifications with insurances for rehab services. Experienced at educating the public on the services and assistance long term care can assist with in both the long term and short term through handling inquiries, tours and general outreach into the community and other health partners. Presently in school working towards my Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business Administration with goals to further my education after my bachelors and obtain my MBA and MSW. Currently I have my Activity Director Certification, Social Service Designee Certification, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Certification, CPR / BLS certified, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Nursing Assistant license. Furthering my education and skills by working on getting my Community Health Worker Certification by December of 2024.Additionally, I am certified in Animal Behavior Canine/Feline, Pet Sitter Certified and part of the Pet Sitter Association, and I am a certified Equine Sports Massage Therapy and Muscle Rehabilitation therapist.
