I work in operations and client coordination, currently serving as a Carrier Support Specialist at CMR Construction & Roofing. My role involves working closely with insurance carriers, managing documentation, and keeping communication clear between teams and clients. I focus on staying organized, following through, and keeping projects moving efficiently. My experience spans customer service, legal support, and finance—all in fast-paced industries where time management and attention to detail are essential. I’ve developed a strong ability to stay composed under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Outside of work, I’m a USPA B-Licensed skydiver, currently learning Latin American Spanish, and I studied abroad in Sydney Australia—travel, culture, and human connection are big passions of mine. I’m actively working toward transitioning into the travel or aviation industry, where I can combine my strong work ethic, service mindset, and love for new experiences. As I continue building my career, I’m looking for roles that challenge me and align with what I value. I enjoy work that involves communication, structure, and adaptability, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to keep learning, meet new people, and contribute to a team that values precision and care.
