About Jessica Gladstone

Biostatistician II at CTI Clinical Trials and Consulting Services as of January 2021. CTI is an international CRO that handles work from a wide range of therapeutic areas and across different phases of clinical testing. CTI's expertise in rare and critical diseases is what attracted me most to my company. I enjoy working in a challenging, collaborative and fast-paced environment. As an added bonus, my contributions have the potential to lead to new and effective therapies for patients who are in need. I have a position that I am most grateful for. I received my Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2020. While working on my doctorate, I also earned two additional master's degrees from Penn: in Statistics (awarded by the Wharton School of Business) and in Statistics, Measurement, Assessment and Research Technologies ("SMART" program awarded by Penn GSE). My background is in mechanical engineering; however, my primary passion is a combination of computer programming, mathematics, healthcare, social policy, and development. Some of my greatest research projects focused on issues around healthcare, education, and psychological development. My diverse background has afforded me to view and work on new topics in a unique way.
