Background

About Jessica J.

I lead client optimization and workforce strategy across education and healthcare—helping organizations stabilize operations, scale delivery, and drive growth in complex staffing environments. With 18+ years in staffing and contingent workforce solutions, much of my career has been spent supporting public-sector clients, including multi-state school districts and large, multi-state portfolios where continuity, compliance, and service delivery are critical.Revenue growth is driven through expanding existing partnerships and supporting new business efforts within high-volume, multi-location engagements. My experience extends across the full lifecycle—from client acquisition and RFP strategy to recruiting execution and delivery. While experienced in leading teams, I remain highly hands-on—partnering directly with clients, leading sales conversations, developing proposals, and staying close to execution to ensure consistency and results.Known for building strong, lasting relationships, I align recruiting strategy, operations, and client service to support scalable, sustainable growth—particularly in environments where workforce stability directly impacts outcomes. This work led to recognition as a President’s Club performer at Kelly Services, reflecting sustained high performance in a competitive staffing environment.
