About Jessica Jean

My current role as a Trainer, Consultant and Facilitator allows me to combine my passion for all things Procurement & Negotiation with meeting new people from different cultures across the many different training courses, consultancy projects and facilitation events I have the opportunity to deliver for a wide array of customers across the globe. My different experiences as a Procurement Manager in various sectors have allowed me to understand the day to day challenges faced by professionals in these roles today. This first-hand knowledge of how things work in the real world and not just in the training room is reflected in how I relate to my customers' needs to ensure that the theory is accessible enough to be put into practice after the training session. As well as the concrete knowledge of procedures, strategies and theories, I also have a complementary qualification in soft skills as a HBDI Certified Practitioner. This enables me to adapt my communication methods to different thinking styles for the best possible results with each individual. There is no better feeling than bringing people together for an exciting team event, seeing a 'light bulb moment' on a participant's face in a classroom or simply following the career progression of a past student making their way in the world.
