About Jessica Lees

I'm the Broker/Owner of Lees Real Estate Agency, located on the five mile island of the Wildwoods in New Jersey. I feel so grateful to be able to help buyers and sellers in our area achieve their dream of owning or selling property by the beach. I pride myself on listening to the needs of my clients, always following through on my commitments, and delivering outstanding service every time. I have been the recipient of the NJR Circle of Excellence Sales Award for years and in 2018 I was named CMCAR®'s 2018 REALTOR® of the Year. I served on the Board of Directors for the CMCAR® for years 2006, and 2014-2019. I am also the recipient of the Lifetime Membership Award in the NJR Distinguished Sales Club. I have volunteered for various events through our association such as the CMCAR® Scholarship Golf Tournament and REALTOR® Care Day. Our Team provides comprehensive real estate services to both sellers and buyers, in all price ranges, in all of the Wildwoods and throughout Cape May County. We are a top producing team in the area, offering expert knowledge of the local real estate market. When you are ready to buy or sell a property, give us a call or send an e-mail, and we'll get started! Rest assured, you will be in the best hands. We will also happily discuss referrals from our valued network of clients and associates - we appreciate every referral we receive. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you!
