About Jessica Phan

I’ve spent the past decade in business development across tech, education, and digital platforms. My work has always centered on building partnerships, creating growth opportunities, and helping teams find clarity in complex situations. At Hacktiv8, I now oversee Strategic Partnerships, B2B Sales, B2G, and Job Placement initiatives. I started with Partnerships, and over time was trusted with more functions until they came together under my current role as VP of Business Development. For me, it has been less about chasing titles and more about being able to bring structure, connect people, and deliver steady results. What I enjoy most is working with teams: giving them the space to lead, using data to guide decisions, and making sure the goals we set make sense for both the business and the people behind it. I often find myself as the “translator” between functions, helping sales, marketing, and operations move in the same direction. My focus is simple: build trust, create clarity, and leave room for others to succeed.
