About Jessica Ramey

In my years of experience, I have worked in a few different industries, all which I have been successful in. I have worked as a Vet tech, in Marketing, Management, banking (Credit Union), customer service, sales, Powersports service/repair industry (multiple positions including Parts counter, Service technician, Management, and Sales and more), and the Hospitality industry mostly when I was younger as a server, bartender, and other positions. I am in the Powersports industry now and have been for the last 6-7 years and I found my calling! I started just doing the Parts inventory for a small mom and pop shop that someone took a chance and gave me the opportunity with no professional experience in the Powersports industry and so thankful that they did! From Inventory I was moved to Parts department working with customers, looking up and ordering parts for customers and our Service Department. While I ran the Parts department, I also took on the Service Department and my job title shortly became “Parts & Service Manager”. I started filling in for the Sales Department as well and I really took off! Never thought I’d be great at Sales but I am and I love it! I just love people and helping them! So, there I was bouncing around departments and juggling all 3 departments while running a service crew and maintaining customer satisfaction. It wasn’t long before I was officially promoted to General Store manager. I took on even more of course when I took that position but I was great at what I did and I loved every bit of it. I’ve worked and even owned a small “Mom and Pop” shop and I’ve worked in a large dealership as well. Both at which I was successful in. In the Powersports/ Automotive Industry alone I have; Managed departments and stores Parts department - inventory, invoicing and ordering, customer service Service department- I have worked as a Service Advisor/ writer, as a technician, and customer retention and satisfaction Sales Department - I sold units as a Sales representative and I also purchased units from auctions and both retailed and wholesaled those units. I set up transport / booked shipments from different states to get the units where they needed to go, and even delivered/ hauled units as well. I have moved around the Powersports / Automotive industry and have learned so much. I take great pride in my work and I am so ready to see what the future holds.
