Public health leader with 15 years of experience driving global and domestic health initiatives across domestic and international settings. Brings a proven record of building partnerships, shaping policy, and leading high-impact programs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. My work has advanced global health security, strengthened pandemic response efforts, and influenced national strategies on HIV/AIDS. With expertise in strategic communication, coalition building, and international relations, I am passionate about uniting diverse partners to improve health outcomes and equity worldwide. Career accomplishments include- Designed and implemented a $200 million program that delivered 5.2 million rapid point-of-care tests to more than 50 public health laboratories during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, increasing testing capacity nationwide- Represented the United States at multilateral fora including World Health Assembly, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Health Committee, and the inaugural Global Ministerial Mental Health Summit- Organized strategic Cabinet-level bilateral meetings with partners from around the world, including Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and the European Commission, to advance cooperation and coordination on shared global health priorities.
