As a residential real estate agent, I specialize providing a highly attentive, white glove service to sellers and buyers with an emphasis on selling and buying single family homes, condos, townhomes and investment properties. As a seller's agent, I create a marketing campaign that is strategically designed for each home. My approach targets the specific audiences most likely to purchase each property while going above and beyond to ensure large scale exposure. As a buyer's agent, I am committed to the 3 pivotal qualities that define my service: strategic negotiation tactics, immediate availability, and relevant market knowledge. I work closely with buyers from start to finish to carefully define their needs and taste. We search relentlessly for just the right home and I work hard to make sure they get it for the best price. Although I have knowledge and experience in all areas of the Valley, my specialty is in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Arcadia, Biltmore, Phoenix, Glendale and North Peoria. I have extensive experience working with horse properties or properties on acreage with wells, septic tanks and water restrictions. I am proud to have earned several awards for early and continued success in my career including 40 Under 40 for 3 years in a row and being ranked among Russ Lyon Sotheby's top 2% of realtors for 7 years in a row, but the recognition that means the most to me are the lasting and meaningful relationships I build with my clients. I understand that to my clients, real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes, it's about creating a lifestyle, being a family and building a future. My client-centered priorities ensure everyone I work with receives exceptional care, integrity and compassion from beginning to end. Growing up in Prescott, AZ taught me to cherish small town values, loyalty and good ol' fashion hard work. I am passionate about Arizona and especially all the outdoor recreation this tremendous state has to offer. When I'm not changing the world one house at a time, you can find me hiking, swimming, reading or playing with the cowboy of my dreams and our 6 children (yes, I like to be a top producer at home too)!
