My passion.What gives me meaning and purpose in life.Is to provide support to the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. As a 10-year Army veteran, I know how trauma, disconnection from family, and the loss of comradery and brotherhood can affect our Brothers and Sisters in Arms. I have specialized training in EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Dialectical Behavior modalities.
