About Jessica Ware

I have always been one to surprise people with my learning skills and drive to take on more and more challenging tasks, even if I feel like I might not be able to. I begin to feel stagnant in a workplace if I do not take on more responsibilities after an extended amount of time. I always strive to be in a leadership role and I see myself as a kind and caring leader, but also someone who likes to focus on themselves. I am not one to talk all day at work. Although building a good rapport with your team is important, I strongly believe in learning the procedures at work and optimizing how you do them before you focus on a more personal level of socializing with your team. I rarely make mistakes when it comes to work and I am very proud of that fact and intend to maintain that. I am also highly empathetic and I understand peoples emotions a lot more than most, so people are naturally comfortable with opening up to me and trusting me. Some more personal information about myself is I am a young, neuro-divergent mother and I love cats, science, anime, baking and my newest (and easily most-addicting) hobby I've taken up is roller-skating at the skate park.
