About Jessica Webb

Pediatric dentist turned coach! I found through my years of practice, working with residents, and conversations with colleagues, that a lot of us struggle with maintaining professional excellence while also wanting an identity and life outside of work, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, spending years pursuing pediatric dentistry and then feeling a bit untethered when we get out of the academic environment without clear structure and goals, burnout, being leaders, and wanting more fulfillment. Fueled by my desire to have more of these conversations with pediatric dentists and help them to lead lives that were intentional, aligned, and fulfilling, I trained as a professional coach through UC Davis and now work with pediatric dentists to cultivate the lives they want and pursue their personal and professional bliss.
