About Jessica Weingartner

I bring 2 decades of experience in various facets of the design and construction industry. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for leading and managing new construction and renovation projects to successful completion. In 2015, I co-founded W Squared Consulting. My expertise in design and construction quickly helped me develop a book of business in the Washington, D.C. market and the Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2021, W Squared was hired as the Owner’s Representative for Fontainebleau Las Vegas to provide both design and construction management services. At FBLV, I led the design for 9 million SF, comprised of a world-class hotel, casino and food & beverage venues, retail spaces, a nightclub & dayclub, spa, pool deck, and convention. As a consultant and business owner, I have expanded my ability to assist clients and provide a wide range of services for development, design, and construction throughout the U.S specializing in program management, architectural and interior design management, and project management. Prior to starting W Squared Consulting, I worked for Gensler offering my leadership skills on high-profile construction projects where I fostered respected relationships with owners, operators, architects, and contractors. I was promoted to an executive architectural position and oversaw the design implementation for a five-star luxury hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. My attention to detail, along with my keen ability to facilitate critical path problem-solving and collaboration among teams brings an unparalleled dynamic and success to my projects.
