I’m an experienced professional who has most recently worked in Financial Services six plus years. While working in Auto Refinance at Capital One I have effectively coached several different teams including our Funding Analysts, Outbound Call, Escalations Specialists, FLEX, Fraud Risk Prevention and the Inbound Call Center. I have helped stand up teams which involved creating new policies and procedures, creating and presenting training material, developing agents and continually providing actionable feedback to improve both quality assurance and customer experience. I am a highly motivated individual who enjoys personal projects but simultaneously values partnership and collaboration. I consistently identify opportunities and when problem solving, I often partner with other subject matter experts in other departments, tech teams, business analysts, product management teams and senior leadership in order to achieve desirable results.
