I am in the people business. I have fifteen years experience working for a mid-sized nationally recognized food manufacturing company. I use my unique skillset to help teams collaborate and be successful. Through the company’s management training program, I have worked in Customer Relations, Sales,Marketing,Payroll, Accounting, and HR departments. While traveling cross country on assignment with Senior sales leadership I personally met with many of our customers get their feedback on their user experience. On the customer relations team I collaborated with our digital marketing manager to develop and implement new department trainings on our portfolio of products to help them internalize information. In accounting, I partnered with Payroll Supervisor and HR Manager for COVID related matters. I took the lead in developing and implementing formulas to calculate FFCRA benefits for union employees. I assisted HR Manager on coaching employees on correct interpretation and administration of FFCRA benefits for Union and non-union employees. Under leadership of our COVID director, I helped implement COVID testing at our main campus and warehouse. I have assisted in contact tracing, investigations and training our 1,800+ workforce with live and digital trainings. With the right attitude and teamwork everything is possible.
