About Jessie Wallace

With over fifteen years of experience in small business finance and administration, I am currently the COO and EOS® Integrator at Worxbee, a company that pairs business leaders with elite, highly skilled executive assistants, then supports the success of that relationship as business needs grow and evolve. In this role, I implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a framework for business growth and performance, and oversee the financial and operational aspects of the company. Previously, I was the Director of Finance and Administration at Community Connections, Inc, a nonprofit foster care agency that provides foster homes and supportive services, with a specialization in children with medically fragile needs. There, I was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, payroll, benefits, and policy development. I also serve as a finance and administration consultant for a number of organizations including The Boyce L. Ansley School, Atlanta’s only tuition-free private school for children experiencing homelessness. My mission is to use my expertise to support small organizations that make a positive impact on the world. I am passionate about learning, innovation, and collaboration, and I value transparency, accountability, and work-life balance.Something that may not be obvious: I am creative and tech-savvy and bring those bents to every role.
