About Jessie Wright
After leaving college, I wanted to start my career straight away. I worked previously in customer service for 3 years before finishing education and landing an apprenticeship. My apprenticeship was a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship in HR, working in Accenture. This role, I was able to expand and gain many skills by hosting various Assessment Centres, working on projects for new starters, attending multiple network events and being involved in changing certain processes at Accenture in recruitment. Working at Accenture, I was able to manage Assessment Centres and an assessment team which developed my public speaking, management and problem solving skills. Working alongside a team of assessors, my team work skill was also developed a lot throughout my apprenticeship.
