I worked as a Student Assistant with the Akron Summit County Public Library from Nov. 2012- Feb. 2016 where I learned valuable customer service skills, how to be a team member, and how a branch library worked. I was hired as a Public Service Assistant with the same company in Feb. 2016 after I graduated with my Associates of Applied Business in Computer Networking and Applications. I have expanded my knowledge and skill in customer service, as well as asked for more opportunities when I felt I could handle more of a work load. I was a part of a new branch opening which gave me valuable experience on how to adapt to new co-workers, a new routine, and to face every new challenge head on. I have above average knowledge when it comes to technology and digital media. I have been a part of a Social Media Committee and I am currently on the Technology Advisory Committee. I am currently working as a PC Help Desk Technician at Summit Racing Equipment. I am gaining experience and skills in active directory, SCCM, Mitel, Microsoft Office suit, and more. I enjoy the work that I do, and get satisfaction when I can help where it’s needed. I am a great team member, I prefer to teach a co-work how to do something rather than me do it for them and I’m always willing to take constructive criticism to improve my work.
