In order to make a business grow it is important to provide world class customer service and genuinely care about our clients, and everything starts with being a good communicator. As a Senior Team Leader I have extensive experience leading and managing people. My experience has been receiving resumes, hiring and the difficult process of let the individuals go. I have created metrics in order to review their performance quarterly. I have coached and mentored each member in the process to better their performance, providing proactive feedback using different communication skills to lift up the moral of the team member. After each evaluation I have set tangible goals to meet the expectations of our clients, and deliver an outstanding product. I have set team meetings, and arranged retreats to work on our team building. I'm not just a leader that will seat down and look at numbers, but I care about my team and their wellbeing and will inspire them to be better and give the best and be the best they can be. I don't see them just as a number but care for them as individuals. As an entrepreneur, I started my own business in Cairo, Egypt. Using the social media and networking, my business grew and doubled in a couple of years, but what really did it was truly caring about my clients. One valuable thing I have learned, in all my years in the customer care and management career I have seen, is that anyone can learn and acquired all the technical skills presented to them, but to be able to provide the best quality service, and to have the right set of soft skills, takes years to master and very few have that natural ability to connect with people. I have lived in more than 5 countries, studying, learning and understanding the way people think, act, react and do business. As a cultural trainer, my main role has been to train individuals to understand the value and create bridges of communication among different people so they can reach to a pleasant resolution avoiding conflict. I, also, was able to manage successful teams and train professionals in the art of communication, translation and organization to be able to provide the best quality results. Leading them in cross cultural trips where they have to understand and appreciate the new culture to be able to work with the locals. Currently I am working with Microsoft Power BI tool. My role, as a senior engineer, is to assist my clients and understand their problem correctly to find a solution right away. I have 100% customer satisfaction. I love what I do and I do it with passion.
