About Jessy Roos

As the Executive Director of Cultivate I drive the direction of the company, create partnerships with non-profits, professional companies, talented clinicians, and more. I provide mentorship, administrative support, and coaching to employees and contractors and help them to develop their clinical practice and entrepreneurial skills. As an administrator and manager, I have experience in the allied health field and the non-profit management field. I participated on administrative teams which provided services for health information management, giving and donor management, program development, as well as general office administration. As a coach and consultant, my experience and training as a group facilitator came in part from teaching family and relational skills alongside professional counsellors and educators in Canada's largest graduate and post-graduate counsellor training program. Combined with my years of experience in educating my clients, I've developed a warm interpersonal leadership style. As a childcare provider, my experience and training came from my behavioural sciences studies, along with a wealth of on-the-job training from over 7 years of family-oriented services.
