At Qualtrics, I built and led the Data Lake team from the ground up, supporting thousands of global brands, enabling key ML and analytics use cases, and driving multi-million dollar revenue impact through platform innovation. I’ve mentored engineers into tech lead and management roles, championed architectural transitions (like Iceberg and StarRocks adoption), and driven product-aligned engineering strategy at scale.
