I am an individual with 9 years in customer relations. I am a highly motivated, determined and responsible individual, whom utilizes the analytical and critical thinking skills developed during my overall life but in particular my work and college experience. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and eager to learn. I graduated from the California state University of Los Angeles with a degree in television and film communications: media studies, where I was involved in many group projects that helped build my skills to work within a group and in a structured environment to take multiple roles to make the projects a success where I would have to take direction or give direction. I worked for a news channel that was live to tape that placed me in highly stressful situations that required precision and where my performance had a direct impact on the product. I have first hand experience with handling a camera both on field and in studio. knowledgeable and skilled in Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, and with a special effect gatherer. My outgoing personality, my sales experience, my customer service experience, my social and communication skills, along with my recently completed education make me a strong candidate for any field.
